Holiday greetings to all our friends in this New Year. We want to take this opportunity to extend a special thanks to so many for your continued support in 2011. As a business, we were busy all year responding to these challenging economic times with ways to serve you better.
Based on requests and feedback, we were pleased to introduce a number of significant changes including, all-inclusive flat fee pricing, and a whole new series of general dentistry restorations priced at $195.00/complete. I am back at the bench full time and personally doing much of this work. We began offering monthly specials to introduce customers to great new products and services. Last fall we launched a series of successful and very affordable 1 & ½ day application type workshops with six more scheduled to take place this year. In January, we are holding a FREE one day event with the renowned Larry Guzzardo, BSBA on Marketing and Practice Management. As an added benefit to customers, we now offer free dental staff training, something that was hugely popular throughout the year. We have also just re-launched our new website, www.bvdl.com, full of information and resources with much more to come.
The biggest development of last year was undoubtedly the introduction of our Express Service with guaranteed two week turn-around on general and cosmetic dentistry at no additional fee. Bay View customers now have two choices for service. The Request Team, private technician option, with the consistency of the same ceramist on all cases, or the added availability of our Express Service and guaranteed two week service when needed. Many customers switched their general dentistry work over to the General Dentistry Express Service, which had the expected effect of shortening the turnaround time for the other ceramists, so everyone benefited.
With the Holidays now behind us, we have a full staff and are rested and ready to give you the highest level of service available in the industry today. New for 2012, we are expanding the Cosmetic Dentistry Express Service to include most of the ceramic team, making two week service possible on almost everything. We’re not there yet, but we are committed to getting diagnostic wax-ups and implant abutments down to one week service. You asked for it, we listened, and will deliver.
